‘Assessing Constitutional Decay, Breakdown and Renewal Worldwide’
This special issue of Constitutional Studies, published in November 2022, aims to provide a sense of the breadth and depth of discussions at the Global Roundtable and to identify how they advance our understanding of different dimensions of constitutional decay, breakdown, and renewal worldwide. In the introduction we provide an overview of the Roundtable, an overview of the seven contributions to this special issue, and our own reflections on the productive directions researchers are taking worldwide.
